    **NOTRE DEMARCHE :** elle s’inscrit dans une dynamique de rapprochement des bénéficiaires, orientés par les services en charge de l’instruction ou par la transmission de liste des contrats d’engagement réciproque par les Missions Insertion, avec les différents acteurs de droit commun couvrant les domaines professionnel, social, sanitaire, familial, culturel, sportif. En effet, il nous faut redonner du lien aux bénéficiaires pour s’ouvrir aux autres, renforcer leurs réseaux, chercher l’épanouissement, pour reprendre confiance en soi et en l’avenir, redonner le goût du challenge, d’entreprendre et de réussir **Un proverbe chinois dit** **_« si tu veux connaître ton passé, examine ta situation présente, si tu veux connaître ton avenir examine tes actions présentes »_** * En plus des accueils suite à orientation, nous pourrons proposer, si besoin est, des réunions d’information sur l’action « dynamique et projet » au sein même des associations caritatives « resto du coeur, secours populaire, boutiques solidarités » pour favoriser une prise en charge globale des publics bénéficiaires du RSA non connus du SSD ou des CCAS,après formalisation de protocole de partenariat avec ces réseaux et réorientation des intéressés vers les services en charge de l’instruction des dossiers et pour mettre en place des actions communes (sorties avec Culture du c½ur, bénévolat avec Resto du coeur, afin de construire et de reconstruire avec les participants. **Quelques exemples de partenariats actuels :** * Communauté d’agglomération Val de France - Mme LECHEVIN, Espace emploi * CCAS de Sarcelles et Villiers le Bel, en plus des orientations, partenariat semaine du développement durable * Pôle emploi Sarcelles - Mme AMRANI, pour les positionnements sur les prestations ou formations * Repair Café du Val d’Oise - M. Est également rappelé les droits et les devoirs du bénéficiaire du RSA et présenté le Conseil Départemental, ses missions et son rôle dans l’action. La méthode employée est participative et interactive pour faciliter les échanges, les questions / réponses et permettre d’identifier les attentes du bénéficiaire, s’assurer de sa compréhension des objectifs et du contenu de l’action « dynamique et projet » ainsi que de l’investissement personnel nécessaire à la bonne réalisation de l’action. Cette union d’acteurs dans l’accompagnement accélère et favorise l’aboutissement du projet personnel et professionnel. * Nous nous assurons que tous les droits sociaux de l’intéressé sont ouverts, pour continuer par un diagnostic des situations personnelles et professionnelles, pour identifier les besoins et mettre en action, étapes par étapes * Ce diagnostic global s’effectue par entretiens individuels, successifs à raison d’1 au minimum tous les 15 jours adaptés en plus à l’urgence de la situation et à la personne. A l’aide d’entretiens semi-directifs, de questionnaires : - « parcours de vie », - « déceler ses atouts et ses difficultés dans la recherche d’emploi », et par regroupements en cercles restreints (5 maxi) pour les tests d’évaluation : de la personnalité, des capacités cognitives, méthodologiques, comportementales, sociales, connaissances nécessaires, tests de valeurs et d’intérêts. * Suit à ce diagnostic global le programme stratégique et le plan d’actions partagés qui ont pour but de construire et se construire : * en intégrant des repères sociaux et professionnels fondamentaux, * en travaillant les savoir-être, * en repérant et levant les freins à la réalisation du projet en travaillant en réseau avec les partenaires du champ de l’insertion de la santé et du social du territoire * en définissant les priorités et en se mobilisant sur un parcours d’insertion sociale (French)
