Les missions de l’entreprise d’insertion sont basées sur la mise en situation de travail en milieu ordinaire et sur l’accompagnement de personnes en situation d’exclusion sociale et professionnelle. L’entreprise est porteuse d’un projet social visant l’intégration professionnelle et sociale des salariés qu’elle accueille. La mise en oeuvre de ce projet passe par le réentraînement aux exigences de travail, l’apprentissage de nouvelles compétences professionnelles et l’aide à la résolution de problèmes périphériques à l’emploi. Sont embauchées au sein de l’entreprise des personnes rencontrant des difficultés sociales et professionnelles notamment : * Les demandeurs d'emploi de longue durée * Les jeunes sans qualification, suivi par la mission locale sous contrat civis. * Toute personne en situation de précarité cumulant des freins professionnels et sociaux ralentissant l'accès à l'emploi. * Toute personne relevant des publics très éloignés de l'emploi. * Les séniors * les bénéficiaires de minima sociaux (BRSA, ASS ,AAH) * Les personnes ayant connu une période d'incarcération. * les personnes en situation d'handicap Les personnes sont embauchées dans le cadre d’un CDDI.
