Der berufsbezogene Sprachförderungskurs mit Zielstellung B2+ und allgemeiner Berufsorientierung wird alternativ mit zwei Entwicklungszielen der Sprachkompetenz angeboten: Variante 1 von „A2“ über „A2+Beruf“ auf „B1“ Variante 2von „unter B1“ über „B1+Beruf“ auf B2(nach dem Gemeinsamen Europäischen Referenzrahmen GER) Innerhalb der Gruppe wird durch entsprechenden Methodeneinsatz, Binnendifferenzierung und Einzeltrainings eine individuelle Unterstützung gewährleistet. Die berufsbezogene Qualifizierung ist im ersten Schritt eine Allgemeine. Sollten die Teilnehmenden einer bzw. zwei Berufsgruppen zugeordnet werden können, ist auch innerhalb der Berufsfelder eine Binnendifferenzierung vorgesehen. (German)
