Linguistic acquisitions (lexical, idiomatic, syntax and grammatical) are based on a theme related to employment, defined for each workshop according to the level of the participants and the most relevant issues in relation to their needs. Each workshop, however, refers to a range of modular content defined as follows: Module 1: formulate a project and assess training needs. Module 2: learn to communicate orally about your civil status, professional experience, school and professional training, motivations in terms of choice of profession or profession. Module 3: learn to provide administrative forms concerning his/her civil status, training, diplomas, professional experience. Module 4: know your city, the agglomeration, the department, the region: their characteristics, the services and institutions that lead them and their employment policies. Module 5: acquire in writing and oral a basic lexicon of the profession or professional branch chosen (material, gestures and professional procedures). Module 6: increase its mobility through knowledge of the different types of transport, their signs, their networks, their writings, their modes of operation. Module 7: acquire a culture of the chosen trade: its history, its evolution, its conditions of exercise, the qualities required, its current development. Module 8: gain knowledge on labour legislation, different types of contracts, occupational health and safety. Module 9: prepare and/or provide professional writings (reports, roadmaps, tables, minutes). Module 10: take stock of your course, assess your language level at the end of the course and receive a certificate that validates the course. (English)

    L'action des Ateliers socio linguistiques vise l'acquisition de moyens linguistiques axés sur le professionnel pour : * faciliter le retour à l'emploi de demandeurs d'emploi ou d'inactifs, souvent immigrés, bénéficiant ou non des minima sociaux, en optimisant leur participation aux activités de Pôle Emploi, aux ateliers animés par des organismes tels que le PLIE, les services de recherche d'emploi des mairies etc. * permettre une autonomie et des initiatives personnelles dans l'accès à un premier emploi notamment pour des femmes immigrées, mères de famille, restées parfois au foyer pendant de longues périodes. Les acquisitions linguistiques (lexicales, idiomatiques, syntaxiques et grammaticales) se font autour d'une thématique en rapport avec l'emploi, définie pour chaque atelier selon le niveau des participants et les problématiques les plus pertinentes par rapport à leurs besoins. Chaque atelier se réfère toutefois à une gamme de contenus modulaires définis comme suit : Module 1 : formuler son projet et évaluer ses besoins en formation. Module 2 : apprendre à communiquer à l'oral sur son état civil, son expérience professionnelle, sa formation scolaire et professionnelle, ses motivations en termes de choix de métier ou de branche professionnelle. Module 3 : apprendre à renseigner des formulaires administratifs concernant son état civil, sa formation, ses diplômes, son expérience professionnelle. Module 4 : connaître sa ville, l'agglomération, le département, la région : leurs caractéristiques, les services et les institutions qui les animent et leurs politiques en matière d'emploi. Module 5 : acquérir à l'écrit et à l'oral un lexique de base du métier ou de la branche professionnelle choisie (matériel, gestes et procédures professionnels). Module 6 : accroître sa mobilité par la connaissance des différents types de transports, leurs signalétiques, leurs réseaux, leurs écrits, leurs modes de fonctionnement. Module 7 : acquérir une culture du métier choisi : son histoire, son évolution, ses conditions d'exercices, les qualités requises, son développement actuel. Module 8 : acquérir des connaissances sur la législation du travail, les différents types de contrats, l'hygiène et la sécurité au travail. Module 9 : rédiger et /ou renseigner des écrits professionnels (rapports, feuilles de route, tableaux, comptes rendus). Module 10 : faire un bilan de son parcours, évaluer son niveau linguistique à l'issue de la formation et recevoir une attestation qui valide le parcours. (French)
