Der Kurs richtet sich an Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer mit Migrationshintergrund, die im kaufmännischen Berufsfeld einer berufsbezogenen Sprachförderung und fachlichen Qualifizierung bzw. Weitequalifizierung bedürfen. Ziele des Projektes sind die Entwicklung und die Erweiterung des Fachvokabulars im kaufmännischen Berufsfeld und die Verbesserung der Vermittlungschancen für die Weiterbildung bzw. den Berufswiedereinstieg der Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer. Der berufsbezogene Sprachunterricht als Schwerpunkt des Kurses dient der Verbesserung des Ausgangs-Sprachniveaus in allen 4 Teilbereichen des Gemeinsamen Europäischen Referenzrahmens (Sprechen, Lesen, Hörverstehen, Schreiben). Im Rahmen des Fachunterrichts werden neben EDV-Kenntnissen und Kenntnissen im kaufmännischen Berufsfeld auch Themen wie Kommunikation am Arbeitsplatz, Arbeitsrecht und Bewerbungstraining behandelt. Das 4-wöchige Praktikum bietet den Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmern einen Einblick in das Berufsfeld und evtl. den Einstieg in den deutschen Arbeitsmarkt. (German)

The course is aimed at participants with a migrant background who require professional language promotion and professional qualification or broad qualification in the commercial field. The objectives of the project are the development and extension of the professional vocabulary in the commercial field and the improvement of the placement opportunities for the further education and/or the return to work of the participants. The main focus of the course is to improve the initial language level in all 4 strands of the Common European Framework of Reference (speaking, reading, listening, writing). In addition to computer skills and knowledge in the commercial field, topics such as communication at the workplace, labour law and job application training are covered in the course of the subject. The 4-week internship offers participants an insight into the field of work and possibly the entry into the German labour market. (English)
