"LernRaum Europa" fördert in 10 Flows durch 9-wöchige Auslandserfahrungen. Nach Akquise u. Auswahl wird der Auslandsaufenthalt vorbereitet durch: Profiling u. Berufsorientierung, ausbildungs- u.mobilitätsrelevantes Kompetenztraining, sprachl., landeskundliche Kenntnisse, berufspraktische Qualifizierungen. Der Auslandsaufenthalt beinhaltet: betriebliche Praxis, individuelle Förderung, Gruppenaktivitäten mit kulturellen, interkulturellen und sprachlichen Schwerpunkten. Die Nachbereitung bilanziert den Kompetenzgewinn u. unterstützt durch betriebliches Kontaktmanagement die Arbeitsmarktintegration. Kompetenzförderung basiert auf alltagspraktischen Herausforderungen und individuellen Lernetappen. Die frühzeitige Einbindung der Betriebe mit konkreten Ausbildungsoptionen fördert die Motivation.
