Gezielt sollen Arbeitgeber für langzeitarbeitslose Frauen und Männer gewonnen werden. Darüber hinaus sollen Qualifizierungsdefizite ausgeglichen, teilnehmende Frauen und Männer nach Beschäftigungsaufnahme intensiv betreut und die Beschäftigungsverhältnisse auf diese Weise nachhaltig stabilisiert werden.“ (German)
