The main areas of focus are education and qualification, work and profession, computer and application training and an internship. The main objectives of the project are to improve language levels and improve professional skills. Students receive 266 UE language lessons and 304 UE subject-qualifying lessons. Two farm visits are part of the subject-qualifying course. Computer training affects both subject-qualifying content and language teaching. Application formulations, strategies for job search and IT user knowledge will be taught. In addition, strategies for independent learning are taught. The participants complete a four-week internship with a scope of 160 UE after they have been taught for eleven weeks. Language and specialist lecturers work together with the target group and coordinate their content closely. Learning progress and individual needs of the TN will be addressed in weekly case meetings. Language support is used to reduce the burden and process the technical content and to develop language skills up to the level B1+ profession. Specialist teachers report back to the language lecturers which content needs to be edited before or after the language. Das Projekt ist eine Vollzeitmaßnahme mit einem Umfang von 730 Unterrichtseinheiten. Der Kurs gliedert sich in vier Module unterschiedlicher Dauer. Inhaltliche Schwerpunkte sind Ausbildung und Qualifizierung, Arbeit und Beruf, EDV- und Bewerbungstraining und ein Praktikum. Die Kernziele des Projekts sind die Verbesserung des Sprachniveaus sowie die Verbesserung der berufsbezogenen Fähigkeiten. Die KursteilnehmerInnen erhalten 266 UE Sprachunterricht und 304 UE fachqualifizierenden Unterricht. Zwei Betriebsbesichtigungen sind Teil des fachqualifizierenden Unterrichts. Ein EDV-Training berührt sowohl fachqualifizierende Inhalte als auch Sprachunterrichtsanteile. Es findet eine Vermittlung von Bewerbungsformulierungen, Strategien der Stellenrecherche und EDV- Anwenderkenntnissen statt. Zusätzlich werden Strategien des selbstständigen Lernens vermittelt. Ein vierwöchiges Praktikum mit einem Umfang von 160 UE absolvieren die TeilnehmerInnen, nachdem sie bereits elf Wochen lang unterrichtet worden sind. Sprach- und Fachdozenten arbeiten gemeinsam mit der Zielgruppe und stimmen sich inhaltlich eng ab. Lernfortschritte und individuelle Bedarfe der TN werden in wöchentlichen Fallbesprechungen thematisiert. Die sprachliche Förderung dient der Vorentlastung und Aufarbeitung der Fachinhalte und dem Ausbau der Sprachkompetenz bis zum Niveau B1+ Beruf. Fachlehrer melden an die Sprachdozenten zurück, welche Inhalte sprachlich vor oder nachbearbeitet werden müssen. Die Sprachlehrkraft arbeitet sich in die Berufsfelder ein und erstellt zusätzliche Unterrichtmaterialien aus diesem Kontext heraus. Es findet eine sozialpädagogische Betreuung statt. (German)
