Der berufsbezogene Sprachförderungskurs mit Zielstellung B1 und B2+ im allgemeinen Dienstleistungsbereich für zum größten Teil Geringqualifizierte wird alternativ mit zwei Entwicklungszielen der Sprachkompetenz angeboten: Variante 1 von „A1“ über „A2+Beruf“ auf „B1“ Variante 2 von „unter B1“ auf "B2+" (nach dem Gemeinsamen Europäischen Referenzrahmen GER) Innerhalb der Gruppe wird durch entsprechenden Methodeneinsatz, Binnendifferenzierung und Einzeltrainings eine individuelle Unterstützung gewährleistet. Die berufsbezogene Qualifizierung ist im ersten Schritt eine Allgemeine im Bereich der allgemeinen Dienstleistungen. Sollten die Teilnehmenden anderen Berufen zugeordnet werden können, ist eine weitere Binnendifferenzierung vorgesehen. (German)
