The main areas of focus are education and qualification, work and profession, computer and application training and an internship. The main objectives of the project are to improve the level of language and to improve professional practical skills. Students receive 339 UE language lessons and 231 UE subject-qualifying lessons. Two farm visits are part of the subject-qualifying course. Internally differentiated computer training affects both subject-qualifying content and language teaching. There is an internally differentiated placement of application formulations, strategies of job searches and IT user knowledge. In addition, strategies for independent learning are taught. Participants will complete an internship of 160 UE to the middle of the course. Learning progress and individual needs of the participants will be discussed in weekly case meetings. Language support is used to reduce the burden and process the technical content and to develop language skills up to the level B2+ profession. Social pedagogical support is provided. Both in the IT trainings and in the computerised production of application documents, it is foreseen that another teacher (teamteaching) will support the specialist teacher in order to respond to diverging concerns of the participants individually.
