Bewerber werden bei Vorliegen der Förderfähigkeit dem BAK einzeln vorgeschlagen oder BAK sichtet mit komm. AV den Fallbestand (Komm. AV kommt proaktiv auf BAK zu). Schwerpunkt bei der Suche nach Bewerberpotentialen im Bereich „Aktivierte und motivierte Kunden“. BAK führt Erstgespräch und bewertet die Förderfähigkeit. Bei deutlich fehlender Motivation oder Nichteignung fürs Projekt => Exit-Gespräch BAK & Info an FM. Komm. AV schließt EGV Vormerkung LZA Projekt mit Kunde ab. Zuständigkeit für den Kunden bezüglich Aktivierung, Bewilligungen von Fahrkosten, Arbeitsmittel, bleibt beim Komm. AV . Bei Vermittlung in ein vom BAK vermitteltes Praktikum zur Eigungsabklärung liegt die Betreuung des Kunden vorrangig beim BAK, Komm. AV unterstützt.
