Es handelt sich um einen Teilzeitkurs. Der Unterricht findet täglich von Montag bis Freitag zu je 5 Unterrichtsstunden, von 13:10 Uhr bis 17:15 Uhr, statt. Die Pause findet von 15:00 Uhr bis 15:20 Uhr statt. Die Unterrichtszeiten sind an die Bus-und Bahnverbindungen am Kursort angepasst. Am Kursort gibt es, Möglichkeiten, warmes Essen zu kaufen. Am Standort gibt es eine Küche, die die TN mitbenutzen dürfen. Im Kurs werden sowohl die mündlichen als auch der schriftsprachlichen Sprachfertigkeiten verbessert bzw. das bereits Gelernte wiederholt und reaktiviert , so dass im Beruf benötigte mündliche und schriftliche Anweisungen, Texte wie Rezepte, Lieferscheine, Hygienevorschriften, Briefe und E-Mails usw. gelesen, verstanden und geschrieben werden können bzw.so dass Arbeitsplatzgesuche, Vorstellungsgespräche sowie Kommunikation am Arbeitsplatz möglich sind.
