For the target groups, we offer training courses on topics such as event management, languages or public relations according to company and person-specific needs. This is done through courses as well as in the form of work-integrated learning. For the target group of managers, we offer an additional qualification module, which incorporates thematic soft location factors (diversity management, compatibility, sustainability, generation management). Here, in the learning process, together with the managers and the project controllers to be qualified, a corresponding quality management system has to be developed, which will be accompanied by the project controllers after the end of the project. The use of a learning platform supports the project & secures the exchange or self-study. (English)

    Das Projekt dient der beruflichen Kompetenzentwicklung von MA im HoGa-Gewerbe. Wir unterscheiden zwei Zielgruppen: Fachkräfte (heterogene Zusammensetzung) und Führungskräfte. Für die Zielgruppen bieten wir entsprechend des unternehmens- und personenspezifischen Bedarfs Qualifizierungen zu Themenschwerpunkten wie Eventmanagement, Sprachen oder Public Relation an. Diese erfolgt über Kurse sowie in Form des arbeitsintegrierten Lernens. Für die Zielgruppe der Führungskräfte bieten wir ein zusätzliches Qualifizierungsmodul, welches thematische weiche Standortfaktoren (Diversity Management, Vereinbarkeit, Nachhaltigkeit, Generationenmanagement) aufgreift. Hier gilt es im Lernprozess gemeinsam mit den Führungskräften und den zu qualifizierenden Projektlotsen ein entsprechendes Qualitätsmanagementsystem zu entwickeln, welches nach Projektende durch die Projektlotsen begleitet wird. Die Nutzung einer Lernplattform flankiert das Vorhaben & sichert den Austausch bzw. das Selbststudium. (German)
