    Kurzbeschreibung Projekt zur Senkung des prozentualen Anteils von Schülern, welche die Schule ohne Abschluss verlassen Zielgruppe sind Schüler der Praxisklassen und der individuellen Abschlussphasen (IAP), die sich auf den Hauptschulabschluss (§54 nach Thüringer Schulgesetz) vorbereiten. Es betrifft vor allem Schüler/innen, die aus bildungsfernen Elternhäusern kommen und die in ihrer Familie erleben und erfahren, dass Bildung (schulische Bildung, berufliche Ausbildung) keine notwendige Grundlage für das „finanzielle“ Überleben darstellen, die schwer Zugang zu theoretischen Bildungsinhalten finden und meist versagen. Das Ziel des Projektes ist die Schaffung praxisorientierter Lernmöglichkeiten für Praxisklasse 2 Praxistage /Woche (8 Schüler) - 9. Schulbesuchsjahr (IAP 1) 1 Praxistag/Woche (9 Schüler) nur 2.Schulhalbjahr -10. Schulbesuchsjahr (IAP 2) 2 Praxistage/Woche (15 Schüler), um Sachkompetenz (durch Wissensverknüpfung aus dem schulischen und außerschulischen Bereich) sowie die Lebenskompetenz zu fördern. Die Schüler/innen werden in Absprache zwischen dem verantwortlichen Lehrer/in und den Projektverantwortlichen des ABW e.V. verschiedene Ausbildungsbereiche bzw. -stationen im ABW e.V ,Standort – Prof. Hugo Jung Str.1 durchlaufen In Betracht kommen: - Metalltechnik - Farbtechnik - Holztechnik - Hauswirtschaft - Gartenbau Die Projektlaufzeit ist vom 13.08.2018 – 31.07.2022 Dadurch erwarten wir die folgende Zielerreichung - die Persönlichkeit leistungsschwacher Hauptschüler/innen stärken und stabilisieren - Erfolgserlebnisse verschaffen und Lern- und Leistungsmotivation steigern - persönliche Stärken und Kenntnisse fördern - die Lern- u.
