The retrieval in a literal sense, the follow-up to a wide range of support services, the development of individual catching up and implementation concepts and the training of everyday skills are therefore focussed on within case management. This is the central method of our care culture and includes help for the whole family. We attach particular importance to the development of support and tutoring structures, which are organised together with volunteers, honorary staff, peers and helpers from the neighbourhood. This means “forging” an aid network that acts as a close-knit network and provides offers for a wide range of assistance needs. The target group includes not only guilty and accustomed students from grades 5 to 9 but also students with experience in flight and migrant background, whose specific problems are addressed with a transculturally designed concept. The target group is also carers and other relatives who play a role in the family system. Based on previous years’ experience, the following methods have proved their worth: — The principle of the open door: Aid without time and structural hurdles — The method of the “angular table”: All actors to one table in a timely manner. Can also be convened by students themselves — small-scale return management: Young people who refuse school need an individual return strategy that needs to be prepared at different levels (family, class, peers, etc.) — The tandem principle: It means that slippers and social work representatives act as a team and coordinate aid strategies — the principle of early aid: Initiate aids without delay already in case of signs of internal or external retreat and stop tailing specifically from grade five — The anchor principle: Anchor points bind to the school and provide extracurricular confirmation and affiliation experiences. The principle is realised by working groups, projects, external days and many opportunities for participation. In its entirety, this approach contributes to a culture of recognition and participation, which is of fundamental importance especially for children and young people who are guilty. (English)

    „Wir sind Klasse“ in Kooperation von Thomas-Mann-Regelschule und KiK e.V. Gesamtlaufzeit vom 1. August 2019 bis 31. Juli 2022 Die Aktivitäten im Schuljahr 2021/22 sind vor allem darauf gerichtet, pandemiebedingte Lernrückstände und psychosoziale Auswirkungen aus der Lockdown-Zeit zu überwinden. Das bedeutet, dass zu den ohnehin schuldistanzierten Schüler*innen Heranwachsende kommen, die durch das gesundheitliche Distanzgebot den mentalen Anschluss an die Schulgemeinschaft und den Unterrichtsstoff verloren haben. Das Rückholen im wörtlichen Sinn, das Anschließen an vielfältige Unterstützungsangebote, das Erarbeiten von individuellen Aufhol- und lntegrationskonzepten und das Training von Alltagskompetenzen sind daher Schwerpunkte innerhalb des Case Management. Dieses stellt die zentrale Methode unserer Kümmerkultur dar und schließt Hilfen für die gesamte Familie mit ein. Besonderen Wert legen wir auf den Ausbau von Förder- und Nachhilfestrukturen, die gemeinsam mit Ehrenamtlichen, Honorarkräften, Gleichaltrigen und Helfer*innen aus der Nachbarschaft organisiert werden. Das bedeutet einen Hilfeverbund zu „schmieden“, der als engmaschiges Netz wirkt und Angebote für die unterschiedlichsten Hilfebedarfe abrufbar bereithält. Zur Zielgruppe gehören neben schuldistanzierten und lernentwöhnten Schüler*innen der Klassenstufen 5 bis 9 auch Schüler*innen mit Fluchterfahrung und Migrationshintergrund, auf deren spezifische Problemlagen mit einem transkulturell ausgelegten Konzept eingegangen wird. Zielgruppe sind außerdem Sorgeberechtigte und weitere Angehörige, die im System Familie eine Rolle spielen. Aus der Erfahrung der Vorjahre haben sich u.a. folgende Methoden bewährt: - Das Prinzip der Offenen Tür: Hilfegewährung ohne zeitliche und strukturelle Hürden - Die Methode des „eckigen Tischs“: Alle Akteur*innen zeitnah an einen Tisch. Kann auch von Schüler*innen selbst einberufen werden - Kleinschrittiges Rückkehrmanagement: Schulverweigernde jugendliche brauchen eine individuelle Rückkehrstrategie, die auf verschiedenen Ebenen vorbereitet werden muss (Familie, Klasse, Gleichaltrige u.a.) - Das Tandem-Prinzip: Es bedeutet, dass Schuivertreten*innen und Sozialarbeitsvertreter*innen als ein Team auftreten und Hilfsstrategien abgestimmt koordinieren - Das Prinzip der frühen Hilfen: Ohne Zeitverzug bereits bei Anzeichen von innerem oder äußerem Rückzug abgestimmt Hilfen einleiten und das Schwänzen gezielt ab Klassenstufe fünf stoppen - Das Ankerprinzip: Ankerpunkte binden an die Schule und ermöglichen außerunterrichtliche Bestätigungs- und Zugehörigkeitserfahrungen. Das Prinzip wird durch AGs, Projekte, Draußentage und viele Partizipationsmöglichkeiten verwirklicht In ihrer Gesamtheit trägt diese Herangehensweise zu einer Anerkennungs- und Beteiligungskultur bei, die gerade für schuldistanzierte Kinder und Jugendliche von elementarer Bedeutung ist.
