Kurs mit allgemeiner Berufsorientierung (siehe heterogene Zielgruppe, Punkt 15). Die Maßnahme umfasst berufsbezogenen Deutschunterricht, der auch Bewerbungstraining, Kommunikation am Arbeitsplatz und interkulturelle Kompetenzen enthält (insgesamt 425 UE). Dazu kommt ein Qualifizierungsmodul mit drei Teilen: - Fachunterricht: EDV, Mathematik, Allgemeine und spezifische Berufskunde, Rechtliche und arbeitsrechtliche Aspekte des Berufslebens, 4 Reflexionstage während des Praktikums (gesamt 120 UE) - Berufsorientiertes Praktikum (4-wöchig, 160 UE) - Betriebsbesichtigungen zum Zweck der Berufsorientierung (3 Tage, 25 UE) Der Kurs schließt mit der telc-Prüfung „Deutsch für den Beruf B2+“ ab. Beratung und individuelles Coaching im Hinblick auf Vermittlung der TN in den 1. Arbeitsmarkt durch den Integrationsbegleiter sind wichtiger Bestandteil der gesamten Maßnahme, insbesondere im Hinblick auf die sehr heterogene Gruppenzusammensetzung. (German)
