    Langzeitarbeitslose Menschen finden nur schwer den Zugang zum ersten Arbeitsmarkt. Ziel des LZA-Projektes ist der Abbau von Langzeitarbeitslosigkeit. Erwerbsfähigen Leistungsberechtigten sollen nachhaltig Perspektiven für eine Beschäftigung auf dem allgemeinen Arbeitsmarkt eröffnet werden. Ein nachhaltig Integrationserfolg soll durch intensive Begleitung und Beratung erreicht werden. Der Übergang aus einer langen Arbeitslosenphase in eine Beschäftigung birgt häufig das Risiko der Überforderung. Es kommt in den ersten Wochen häufig zu einem Abbruch der Arbeitsaufnahme. Durch das Coaching sollen die Beschäftigungsverhältnisse nachhaltig stabilisiert werden. Teilnehmende werden qualifiziert, wodurch sich ihre Beschäftigungsfähigkeit verbessert. Arbeitgeber werden durch spezialisierte Betriebsakquisiteure angesprochen, die insbesondere die Arbeitgeber für die Zielgruppe sensibilisieren und diese über die Fördermöglichkeiten im Rahmen des Programms informieren.
