Ziel des Projekts ESF-Bundesprogramm für Langzeitarbeitslose ist es, für die Gruppe arbeitsmarktferner langzeitarbeitsloser Menschen Perspektiven für eine nachhaltige berufliche Integration in den allgemeinen Arbeitsmarkt zu schaffen. Die Gewinnung von Arbeitgebern für diese Zielgruppe steht dabei im Vordergrund. Im Zentrum der Aktivitäten stehen daher eine gezielte Ansprache und Beratung von Arbeitgebern, ein Arbeitnehmercoaching nach Beschäftigungsaufnahme sowie der Ausgleich der Minderleistung durch Lohnkostenzuschüsse. Die Beschäftigungsverhältnisse sollen durch die umfassende Unterstützung der Arbeitnehmern (u.a. Mobilität, Qualifizierung) sowie der Arbeitgeber soweit stabilisiert und nachhaltig gestaltet werden, dass sie dauerhaft fortgeführt werden. (German)
