In cooperation with the Fernuniversität Hagen, a strategy for personnel development competence in the field of “diversity management” has been developed with the implementation of which the EH companies first under guidance and later continuously optimise the access to further education in order to ensure the securing of skilled workers in their own companies. For sustainability, the “Intercultural Dialogue Forum” and a “Project Advisory Board” will be implemented — through these network structures, a direct transfer of knowledge between themselves and the companies will take place.     Das Fach- und Führungspersonal mit Migrationshintergrund im Einzelhandel hat oftmals interkulturelle Kommunikationsprobleme, weil Kenntnisse der deutschen Kultur und des deutschen Arbeitsmarktes fehlen. Diversity-Trainings sind daher ein probates Mittel diesen Problemen zu begegnen. Die Unternehmen haben sich daher an die Migrantenselbstorganisation AfricanTide gewandt und um Unterstützung gebeten. In Zusammenarbeit mit der Fernuniversität Hagen ist eine Strategie Personalentwicklungskompetenz im Bereich „diversity-management“ erarbeitet worden mit deren Implementierung die EH-Unternehmen zunächst unter Anleitung, später fortlaufend selbständig den Zugang zur Weiterbildung optimieren, um hierdurch die Fachkräftesicherung in den eigenen Unternehmen zu gewährleisten. Zur Nachhaltigkeit werden das „Interkulturelle Dialogforum“ und ein „Projektbeirat“ implementiert - über diese Netzwerkstrukturen wird ein direkter Wissenstransfer untereinander und in die Unternehmen stattfinden.
