Das Jobcenter Kreis Gütersloh strebt mit der Durchführung des Projektes an, langzeitarbeitslosen erwerbsfähigen Leistungsberechtigen (i. S. der Förderrichtlinie) Perspektiven einer nachhaltigen beruflichen Integration zu eröffnen, die mit dem Regelinstrumentarium des Zweiten und Dritten Buches Sozialgesetzbuch (SGB II und III) bislang nicht realisiert werden konnten. Im Rahmen einer gezielten Akquise sollen Arbeitgeber für die Einstellung von langzeitarbeitslosen Männern und Frauen gewonnen werden, indem in persönlichen Kontakten Vorurteile gegenüber dieser Bewerbergruppe abgebaut und adäquate Unterstützungsleistungen angeboten werden. Zu diesen Unterstützungsleistungen zählt - neben Eingliederungszuschüssen und passgenauen Qualifizierungen - vor allem ein intensives Coaching, das die langfristige Aufrechterhaltung erfolgreicher Beschäftigungsaufnahmen sicherstellen soll.
