The main areas of focus are training and qualification, work and occupation, computer training and application training as well as professional content based on the selected training occupations of the participants (EQ). The main objectives of the project are to improve the level of language and to improve professional practical skills. In particular, the project aims to reduce the existing shortcomings of the participants with regard to vocational training starting after the completion of the initial vocational qualification. Students receive 360 UE language lessons and 276 UE subject-qualifying lessons. 120 UE IT training is part of the subject-qualifying course. There is an exchange of computer user knowledge. In addition, strategies for independent learning are offered. In order to teach basic mathematical knowledge, 30 UE is planned. They will be complemented by 12 UE, in which this knowledge is enhanced by computer support. Language and subject-qualifying teaching are closely coordinated in terms of content. Learning progress and individual needs of the participants will be addressed in case discussions. Language support is used to reduce the burden and process the technical content and to develop language skills up to the level B2+ profession. Social pedagogical support is provided. Das Projekt ist eine Teilzeitmaßnahme mit einem Umfang von 636 Unterrichtseinheiten. Der Kurs gliedert sich in fünf Module. Inhaltliche Schwerpunkte sind Ausbildung und Qualifizierung, Arbeit und Beruf, EDV- und Bewerbungstraining sowie an die gewählten Ausbildungsberufe der Teilnehmenden (EQ) angelehnte fachliche Inhalte. Die Kernziele des Projekts sind die Verbesserung des Sprachniveaus sowie die Verbesserung der berufsbezogenen praktischen Fähigkeiten. Das Projekt soll insbesondere bestehende Defizite der Teilnehmenden in Hinblick auf die nach Beendigung der beruflichen Einstiegsqualifizierung beginnende Berufsausbildung reduzieren. Die Kursteilnehmer erhalten 360 UE Sprachunterricht und 276 UE fachqualifizierenden Unterricht. 120 UE EDV-Training sind Teil des fachqualifizierenden Unterrichts. Es findet eine Vermittlung von EDV- Anwenderkenntnissen statt. Zusätzlich werden Strategien des selbstständigen Lernens angeboten. Zur Vermittlung mathematische Grundlagenkenntnisse sind 30 UE vorgesehen. Sie werden mit 12 UE ergänzt, in denen diese Kenntnisse EDV-gestützt vertieft werden . Sprach- und Fachqualifizierender Unterricht werden inhaltlich eng aufeinander abgestimmt. Lernfortschritte und individuelle Bedarfe der Teilnehmenden werden in Fallbesprechungen thematisiert. Die sprachliche Förderung dient der Vorentlastung und Aufarbeitung der Fachinhalte und dem Ausbau der Sprachkompetenz bis zum Niveau B2+ Beruf. Es findet eine sozialpädagogische Betreuung statt.
