Der Kurs ist konzipiert für 20 Teilnehmende mit Migrationshintergrund aus dem Kreis Minden-Lübbecke. Das Zielsprachniveau dieser Maßnahme ist B1. Die Gesamtdauer des Kurses umfasst 730 UE. Die Stunden setzen sich wie folgt zusammen: 466 Berufsbezogener Sprachunterricht inklusive Auswertung der Maßnahme am Ende sowie Lernertage (Rückholtage), an denen Erfahrungen über das Praktikum ausgetauscht werden, 120 Fachunterricht mit Mathematik, EDV, Berufskunde allgemein orientierend, einer Betriebsbesichtigung, Bewerbungstraining,sowie ein vierwöchiges Praktikum von 144 UE. Parallel zum Unterricht erfolgt eine Unterstützung von einem Sozialpädagogen mit 450 Stunden (German)
