    Das sozialpartnerschaftlich getragene Projekt KarisMa - „Karriere 50plus – Mit Erfahrungen punkten!“, das Gegenstand dieser Interessenbekundung ist, widmet sich der Förderung einer in der Personalentwicklung bisher unterrepräsentierten Gruppe – den weiblichen Fachkräften 50plus. Damit leistet es einen Beitrag im Prozess der Herstellung der Chancengleichheit für diese spezielle Zielgruppe. Nach einer Situationsanalyse durch qualitative Befragungen in Unternehmen werden Handlungsempfehlungen entwickelt und verbreitet. Daraus ergeben sich konkrete Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen, die in fünf Unternehmen pilotiert werden und in ein Nachhaltigkeitskonzept zur Umsetzung in allen Branchen im Organisationsbereich der IG BCE münden werden. Nach Sensibilisierungsworkshops mit den Zielgruppen werden Workshopkonzepte für Betriebsräte/-innen und Personalverantwortliche entwickelt und erprobt. Außerdem unterstützen entwickelte Qualifizierungstools die Personalentwicklung der weiblichen Fachkräfte 50plus. (German)
