Ziel des Berufsbezogenen Sprachkurses ist die dauerhafte Eingliederung in den ersten Arbeitsmarkt und die gesellschaftliche Integration sowie eine fachliche und sprachliche Qualifizierung und Weiterbildung. Die Teilnehmenden lernen, die deutsche Sprache in der Arbeitswelt anzuwenden, erhalten Informationen über den Umgang und die Regeln in deutschen Unternehmen und Betrieben, lernen insbesondere den regionalen Arbeitsmarkt kennen und knüpfen Kontakte zu ansässigen Unternehmen. Die Zielgruppe sind Personen, die bereits einen Integrationskurs absolviert haben und ALG II beziehen oder Nichtleistungsempfänger sind. Der ca. 6-monatige Kurs besteht aus folgenden Komponenten: - Deutschunterricht (380 Unterrichseinheiten) - Fachunterricht (166 UE) - Betriebsbesichtigung (24 UE) - Praktikum (160 UE). Während des gesamten Sprachkurses werden die Teilnehmenden umfassend sozialpädagogisch begleitet und durch einen Jobcoach im Hinblick auf die Arbeitsmarktintegration unterstützt. (German)
