Der Vollzeitkurs richtet sich an Langzeitarbeitslose und Flüchtlinge mit Deutsch als Zweitsprache auf unterschiedlichem Eingangsniveau, A2 bis B1, die eine Tätigkeit im Dienstleistungsbereich anstreben. Ziel ist es, dass die Teilnehmenden ihre sprachlichen Fertigkeiten (mündlich wie schriftlich) entscheidend verbessern können und für diesen Berufszweig eine berufliche Orientierung erhalten, die mit viel Praxiserfahrung und Bewerbungstraining angereichert ist. Das Abschlussziel liegt, je nach Ausgangssituation und Lernfähigkeit der Teilnehmer/innen bei A2+ und B1+, beide Prüfungen werden angeboten und der Unterricht findet mit einer internen Differenzierung statt.
