Through this project, a targeted preparation can be made in order to enable functional illiterates and prisoners with learning difficulties to undergo further training or qualification and thus a better start into professional and personal everyday life. The guiding principle is to mobilise and motivate prisoners, develop personal and professional perspectives, strengthen their social skills and promote the production and development of their learning capacity. With the help of this project, the chances of successful integration of the detainee/displaced person into the training and working life as well as in social structures of society increase. In the course of the training, the main topics are implemented using the didactic-methodical principles of adult learning. A social pedagogical supervisor is involved in this project. Durch dieses Projekt kann eine zielgerichtete Vorbereitung geleistet werden, um für funktionale Analphabeten sowie Gefangene mit Lernschwierigkeiten eine Weiterbildung oder Qualifizierung im Anschluss und damit einen besseren Einstieg in den beruflichen u. persönlichen Alltag zu ermöglichen. Der Leitgedanke dabei ist, die Gefangenen zu mobilisieren u. zu motivieren, persönliche u. berufliche Perspektiven zu entwickeln, ihre sozialen Kompetenzen zu stärken sowie die Herstellung u. den Ausbau ihrer Lernfähigkeit zu fördern. Mit Hilfe dieses Projektes erhöhen sich die Chancen einer erfolgreichen Integration des Gefangenen/Haftentlassenen ins Ausbildungs- und Arbeitsleben sowie in soziale Strukturen der Gesellschaft. Im Verlauf der Ausbildung werden die inhaltlichen Schwerpunkte unter Anwendung der didaktisch-methodischen Prinzipien des Erwachsenenlernens umgesetzt. Unterstützend wirkt in diesem Projekt ein sozialpädagogischer Betreuer mit. (German)
