The need for individual social pedagogical support is growing. This is particularly evident from the feedback from specialist teachers from the participating schools: The number of requests for participation in the project is increasing. The project motivates and supports participants in successfully managing schooling, becoming more independent in their own actions in order to gain better access to the labour market. Especially for low-performing students and students with a lack of motivation or self-confidence, the project makes it possible to integrate into the labour market. The main objective of ASG Sachsen mbH Pirna is to promote key competences of high school pupils in order to solve their personal and social problems and to improve the motivation to learn, thereby counteracting early school leaving and promoting school success. This opens up opportunities for access to training and occupation. The content of the funding plans depends on the respective needs of the participant (competence assessment test) and is the responsibility of the competence developer. Each participant should have contacts/offers and conversations through and with the competence developer at least once a week. Target-agreement talks are conducted and evaluated at more transparent intervals. (English)

    Der Bedarf an individueller sozialpädagogischer Begleitung wächst. Das wird insbesondere durch die Rückmeldungen von Fachlehrern der beteiligten Schulen deutlich: Die Zahl der Anfragen zur Projektteilnahme ihrerseits steigt. Durch das Projekt werden die Teilnehmer dazu motiviert und dabei unterstützt, die Schulzeit er-folgreich zu bewältigen, selbständiger im eigenen Handeln zu werden, um so einen verbesserten Zugang zum Arbeitsmarkt zu bekommen. Gerade für leistungsschwache und Schüler mit Motiva-tions- oder Selbstbewusstseinsdefiziten ermöglicht das Projekt die Möglichkeit der Integration in den Arbeitsmarkt. ASG Sachsen mbH Pirna setzt sich als Hauptziel die Förderung von Schlüsselkompetenzen von Oberschülern, um ihre persönlichen und sozialen Probleme zu beheben und die Lernmotivation zu verbessern und somit den Schulabbrüchen entgegenzuwirken und den Schulerfolg zu fördern. Somit wird ein chancengerechter Zugang zu Ausbildung und Beruf eröffnet. Die inhaltliche Ausgestaltung der Förderpläne richtet sich nach der jeweiligen Bedarfslage des Teilnehmers (Kompetenzfeststellungstest) und obliegt dem Kompetenzentwickler. Jeder Teilnehmer sollte mindestens einmal wöchentlich Kontakte/Angebote und Gespräche durch und mit dem Kompetenzentwickler haben. Zielvereinbarungsgespräche werden in überschauba-ren Abständen geführt und ausgewertet. (German)
