Gefördert wird die Beschäftigung von zusätzlichem Personal in Kindertageseinrichtungen mit einem besonders hohen Anteil an Kindern mit besonderen Lern- und Lebenserschwernissen, das die Kinder systematisch und professionell in der kindlichen Entwicklung begleitet und stärkt.
