Das Jobfux-Projekt orientiert sich an den besonderen Bedarfen der Jugendlichen im Einzugsgebiet der Nibelungen-Realschule plus in Worms. Diese liegt in einem sozialen Brennpunkt und hat einen hohen Anteil von Schülerinnen und Schülern mit Migrationshintergrund (ca. 60 %). Die Unterstützung hat zum Ziel, dass, 80% der Schülerinnen und Schüler erfolgreich an ergänzenden berufsorientierten Angeboten teilnehmen und/oder für sie eine konkrete berufliche/schulische Perspektive entwickelt wird.
