"Fit für den Job Trier" ist ein berufshinführendes Projekt für ausbildungssuchende Jugendliche mit diversen Vermittlungshemmnissen. In einem Wechsel aus schulischen Vollzeitpräsenzphase bei der Handwerkskammer Trier und pädagogisch begleiteten Betriebspraktika mit einem wöchentlichen Präsenztag als simuliertem Berufsschultag werden die Teilnehmer der Zielgruppe, die i. d R. wenig Chancen auf einem herkömmlichen Bewerbungsweg haben, systematisch an den Ausbildungsmarkt herangeführt .
