Multi-professional cooperation is an important building block for a modern and sustainable school in order to ensure individual support, ensure education and opportunity justice and promote teachers in their professionalism, cooperation and health. Teamteaching means to plan, perform and reflect lessons “in tandem”. A social pedagogical specialist accompanies a class throughout the day of instruction and works with various teachers. This permanent two-pedagogical system is characterised by a high level of staff consistency despite the change of specialist teachers*, shared responsibility, reduction of complexity (e.g. through small group work), immediate fault management and a holistic view of group dynamics and the individual learning process. Thus, heterogeneous needs and problems of individual pupils can be taken into account, open learning forms with various possibilities of differentiation can be used, and parental work can be intensified. The measure is implemented at the Robert-Bosch State School in Arnstadt in two grade 6 classes. This applies to both Class 6b and Class 6c. (English) | |||||||||||||||

(German)
