    Ziel des Projektes ist es langzeitarbeitslose erwerbsfähige Leistungsberechtigte (eLb) im SGB II-Bezug in existenzsichernde und nachhaltige Beschäftigung zu bringen. Das Jobcenter ME-aktiv plant während der Projektlaufzeit insgesamt 150 elB (davon 23% Intensivförderungen) wieder in den 1. Arbeitsmarkt zu integrieren. Durch drei Betriebsakquisiteure werden gezielt Arbeitgeber angesprochen und für die Zielgruppe der Langzeitarbeitslosen sensibilisiert und aufgeschlossen. Die Akquisiteure sind ständige Ansprechpartner und Berater für die Arbeitgeber. Nach der Beschäftigungsaufnahme werden die Teilnehmenden intensiv durch einen Coach begleitet und unterstützt. Das Beschäftigungsverhältnis soll auf diesem Wege nachhaltig stabilisiert weden. Vorhandene Potentiale und Fähigkeiten sollen durch den Abbau von Qualifizierungsdefiziten gestärkt werden. Die Arbeitgeber erhalten Lohn­kos­ten­zu­schüs­se, die im Ver­lauf des Be­schäf­ti­gungs­ver­hält­nis­ses ab­ge­schmol­zen wer­den. (German)
