Die 1999 gegründete ThoMar OHG produziert und vertreibt Trockenmittel und Luftentfeuchter auf Granulatbasis. Aufgrund der unterschiedlichen Einsatzgebiete der Produkte und deren sehr differierenden Vertriebswegen unterscheidet die Antragstellerin zwischen drei Geschäftsbereichen. Luftentfeuchter für den Privatbereich werden über den Großhandel vertrieben (Consumer Products). Standardtrockenmittel für die Industrie werden zum Beispiel im Gewerbeonlineshop verkauft (Business Products). Besondere Trockenmittelanforderungen der Industrie werden individuell nach Kundenwünschen entwickelt und produziert (Business Solutions).Die außerordentlich positive Geschäftsentwicklung der vergangenen Jahre hat dazu geführt, dass die Antragstellerin in ihren bisherigen Räumlichkeiten mittlerweile an die Kapazitätsgrenze gelangt ist. Das geplante Vorhaben umfasst daher die Erweiterung der bestehenden Betriebsstätte um einen Hallenneubau sowie den Bau zusätzlicher Sozialräume für die Betriebsbelegschaft. Mit dem Vorhaben ist die Schaffung und Sicherung von Dauerarbeitsplätzen verbunden. (German)

Founded in 1999, ThoMar OHG produces and sells granulate-based desiccant and dehumidifiers. Due to the different areas of application of the products and their very different distribution channels, the applicant distinguishes between three business areas. Dehumidifiers for the private sector are distributed via the wholesale trade (Consumer Products). Standard dry products for the industry are sold, for example, in the commercial online shop (Business Products). Special desiccant requirements of the industry are developed and produced individually according to customer requirements (Business Solutions).The exceptionally positive business development of the past years has led the applicant to reach the capacity limit in its previous premises. The planned project therefore includes the extension of the existing plant to include new halls and the construction of additional social spaces for the operating staff. The project involves the creation and safeguarding of permanent jobs. (English)
