Haus am Watt, Chamiene Ehlers-Witt - Modernisierung einer Betriebsstätte in HeringsandÜber die Jahre wurde das "Haus am Watt" von einer Frühstückspension zu einem vegetarischen Biohotel und Seminarhaus entwickelt. Das Haus hat sich mit den durch eigene Dozenten durchgeführten Yogaseminaren einen Name gemacht. Seit 2012 ist das Hotel Bio-zertifiziert und Mitglied des Bio-Hotel-Verbandes. Durch die Bio-Zertifizierung und Spezialisierungauf ausschließlich vegetarische Küche ergibt sich ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal in S.H.Aufgrund der guten Nachfrage ist jetzt eine Modernisierung und Kapazitätserweiterung geplant, verbunden mit der Sicherung von 2 DAP.
