Das viergeschossige Verwaltungsgebäude wird in Holzhybridbauweise errichtet. Um den ökologischen Ansatz des Bauwerks zu unterstreichen erhält das Gebäude eine Ziegelfassade. Die Gebäudehülle wird in Passivhausqualität erstellt. Weitere energetische Maßnahmen sind: - Beheizung und Kühlung des Gebäudes mittels Grundwasserwärmepumpe - Kühlung des Serverraums über Grundwasser - Wärmerückgewinnung der Abwärme des Serverraums - Photovoltaikanlage (mit Batteriespeichers zur Eigennutzung von 99%) - LED-Beleuchtung - Errichtung von Ladesäulen für Elektromobilität (German)

The four-storey administration building is built in a wooden hybrid construction. In order to underline the ecological approach of the building, the building receives a brick façade. The building envelope is constructed in passive house quality.
