(German)

The availability of skilled workers is becoming a bottleneck due to demographic developments, as skills requirements for employees are increasing due to the technologisation and expansion of service needs. Despite various initiatives, there is already a gap in coverage of skilled workers and training occupations in the Ostalbkreis and the Ostwuerttemberg region. Therefore, further promising initiatives need to be taken to effectively meet the growing requirements for filling training places and recruiting skilled workers. EATA is an initiative that addresses the needs of qualified professionals and young adults from abroad. (English)
