Mediante esta operación se crearán nuevos espacios en el Centro de Empresas la Curtidora (barrio de Versalles) para potenciar la regeneración económica del barrio:_x000D_ •Avilés Empresas: Oficina que mejora la atención a empresarios y emprendedores renovando y haciendo más sostenibles los espacios orientados a la información y el asesoramiento._x000D_ •InnoCorner: Espacios de innovación de tamaño acorde a la demanda del sector empresarial._x000D_ •GreenLobby: Acceso más sostenible a los servicios del Centro, adecuando a los nuevos usos y los nuevos tiempos las circulaciones del edificio._x000D_ •CurtiLab: Área de transferencia de conocimiento, con varios espacios colaborativos que facilitan la relación entre iguales. La creación de estos espacios supone la adaptación del Centro de Empresas la Curtidora a las necesidades actuales de las empresas. El centro fue definido y puesto en marcha en 1995 y su propiedad no satisfacen a las demandas actuales de las pymes, demandas que buscan espacios que permitan generar proyectos de carácter colaborativo, espacios que faciliten el pivotar rápidamente y el adaptarse a las cambiantes demandas y exigencias de un mercado cuya evolución cambia exponencialmente. Estos espacios, definidos con criterios de sostenibilidad y buscando el mínimo gasto energético posible, serán gestionados por el Ayuntamiento de Avilés, a través de un medio propio como es la Sociedad de Desarrollo la Curtidora, y servirán como centro de gestión y prestación de servicios a los emprendedores y empresas del municipio. Además, se desarrollará el Plan de Emprendimiento Avilés 2020 que en suma incentivará la puesta en marcha de proyectos especializados: _x000D_ •Avilés CERN Emprendedor_x000D_ •GenerAvilés con acciones encaminadas a la creación de StartUps _x000D_ •Actividades de carácter intensivo dirigido a emprendedores (Spanish)

This operation will create new spaces in the Centro de Empresas la Curtidora (Barrio de Versailles) to boost the economic regeneration of the neighborhood:_x000D_ •Avilés Empresas: Office that improves the attention to entrepreneurs by renewing and making more sustainable spaces oriented to information and advice._x000D_ •InnoCorner: Innovation spaces of size according to the demand of the business sector._x000D_ •GreenLobby: More sustainable access to the services of the Centre, adapting to new uses and new times the circulations of the building._x000D_ •CurtiLab: Area of knowledge transfer, with several collaborative spaces that facilitate the relationship between equals. The creation of these spaces implies the adaptation of the Centro de Empresas la Curtidora to the current needs of companies. The center was defined and launched in 1995 and its property does not meet the current demands of SMEs, demands that seek spaces that allow to generate collaborative projects, spaces that facilitate the rapid pivoting and adaptation to the changing demands and demands of a market whose evolution changes exponentially. These spaces, defined with sustainability criteria and looking for the minimum possible energy expenditure, will be managed by the City of Avilés, through an own medium such as the Society of Development the Curtidora, and will serve as a management and service center for entrepreneurs and companies in the municipality.
