La operación “Medidas de ahorro energético en la instalación del alumbrado público” pretende optimizar el consumo energético en la red de alumbrado municipal, manteniendo los niveles de iluminación establecidos en la normativa, mediante las siguientes inversiones:_x000D_ 1. Sustitución de equipos auxiliares de las lámparas de VSAP y de HM, por balastos electrónicos._x000D_ 2. Instalación, reparación/sustitución de reductores de flujo centralizados._x000D_ 3. Implantación de un sistema de telegestión energética y control de mantenimiento._x000D_ 4. Reducción de pérdidas de energías por efecto Joule, fraccionando cuadros grandes en otros más pequeños._x000D_ 5. Control y compensación de la potencia reactiva._x000D_ Estas inversiones se están realizando en el marco del contrato para la gestión energética, suministro eléctrico y mantenimiento integral del servicio de alumbrado público de Paterna iniciado en diciembre de 2014, que contempla inversiones por un valor de 3.299.058,95 euros. _x000D_ Del total de inversión, el coste elegible imputable a la EDUSI de Paterna es de 1.046.351.- euros distribuidos anualmente de la siguiente manera:_x000D_ - 2017: 272.000,00.-€_x000D_ - 2018: 210.157,00.-€_x000D_ - 2019: 188.686,00.-€_x000D_ - 2020: 188.686,00.-€_x000D_ - 2021: 181.822,00.-€_x000D_ - 2022: 5.000,00.-€_x000D_ _x000D_ Como complemento a estas actuaciones, y haciendo uso del presupuesto destinado a comunicación en el marco de esta operación, se desarrollarán campañas de difusión y sensibilización ciudadana para divulgar el resultado en términos de ahorro energético y de emisiones de CO2 conseguido mediante la ejecución de estas inversiones y promover el ahorro energético en otros ámbitos, como el sector residencial. Implementation of an energy remote management and maintenance control system._x000D_ 4. Reduction of energy losses by Joule effect, splitting large frames into smaller ones._x000D_ 5. Control and compensation of reactive power._x000D_ These investments are being made under the contract for the energy management, electricity supply and integral maintenance of the Paterna public lighting service started in December 2014, which includes investments worth EUR 3299058.95. _x000D_ of the total investment, the eligible cost attributable to Paterna’s EDUSI is 1,046.351.- euros distributed annually as follows:_x000D_ — 2017: 272.000.00.-EUR_x000D_ — 2018: 210.157,00.-EUR_x000D_ — 2019: 188.686,00.-EUR_x000D_ — 2020: 188.686,00.-EUR_x000D_ — 2021: 181.822,00.-EUR_x000D_ — 2022: 5,000,00.-EUR_x000D_ _x000D_ To complement these actions, and using the communication budget within the framework of this operation, public awareness and dissemination campaigns will be carried out to disseminate the result in terms of energy savings and CO2 emissions achieved through the implementation of these investments and to promote energy savings in other areas, such as the residential sector.
