These products will offer the customer a new way of taking legs and creams, which until now were associated with products with high energy value and only for consumption on certain special occasions, which can contribute to improve their health condition. In addition, the aim is to develop a range of products with high quality raw materials of extreme origin that contribute to promoting the Extremaduran Community and the quality of its products._x000D_ In addition, within this range of healthy products that are intended to develop, we want to obtain new plant products spread with ingredients rich in antioxidants, which will offer the consumer a new way of eating vegetable creams, opening in the company a new line of plant products, which began with the cream of organic asparagus, which has had a great acceptance in the market._x000D_ In the project participates the research group in Food Technology (tecal), which is integrated in the newly created Research Institute of Meat and Carnic Products (IPRoCAR).     El objetivo del proyecto es obtener nuevos productos saludables que demandan tanto sus clientes como el propio mercado a partir de productos cárnicos tratados por calor, productos lácteos y productos vegetales, siempre primando su origen extremeño. _x000D_ Para alcanzar el objetivo principal se plantean dos líneas de investigación, una para productos cárnicos y lácteos saludables, que van a contener micropartículas en las que se incluirán antioxidantes naturales, y otra línea, consistente en la investigación de una nueva gama de productos vegetales con alto contenido en antioxidantes propios._x000D_ Para obtener esta nueva gama de productos saludables, en paté y cremas cárnicas y crema de queso, se pretende incorporar micropartículas que contengan antioxidantes naturales, siendo pioneros en este campo ya que ninguna empresa del sector cuenta con productos de este tipo. Estos productos van a ofrecer al cliente una nueva forma de tomar pates y cremas, que hasta ahora se asociaban a productos con alto valor energético y sólo para su consumo en ciertas ocasiones especiales, que pueda contribuir a mejorar su estado de salud. Asimismo, se pretende desarrollar una gama de productos que cuente con unas materias primas de alta calidad y de origen extremeño, que contribuyan a promocionar la Comunidad extremeña y la calidad de sus productos._x000D_ Además, dentro de esta gama de productos saludables que se pretende desarrollar, se quieren obtener nuevos productos vegetales untables con ingredientes ricos en antioxidantes propios, lo cual va a ofrecer al consumidor una nueva forma de comer cremas vegetales, abriendo en la empresa una nueva línea de productos vegetales, que se inició con la crema de espárragos ecológicos, la cual ha tenido una gran aceptación en el mercado._x000D_ En el proyecto participa el grupo de investigación en Tecnología de los Alimentos (TECAL), el cual se integra en el recién creado Instituto de Investigación de Carne y Productos Cárnicos (IPRoCAR).
