Network analysis: Non-directional except bipartite/multilayer. Network parameters, node attributes, and connectivity motif patterns will be obtained with free R, Cytoscape and Gephi programs. A web portal will be developed for collaborative work of researchers and dissemination of results to citizens with interactive visualisation of networks with Shiny software. Objetivos: 1.Construir la red de multimorbilidad, cuantificar parámetros atributos de los nodos y analizar subredes centradas en problemas de salud. 2. Comparar subredes por grupos (sexo, edad, territorios y períodos). 3. Identificar nodos de alta conectividad y vulnerables. 4. Construir redes de uso simultáneo de medicación y 5. Redes bipartidas/multicapa enfermedades -> medicamentos, e identificar determinantes de polimedicación y asociaciones relevantes. Métodos: Estudio poblacional longitudinal retrospectivo a partir del registro de la historia clínica del Sistema de Información para el Desarrollo de la Investigación en Atención Primaria (SIDIAP) que incluye 5,8 millones de ciudadanos de Cataluña. Sujetos: de 18 años ó más, con 2 ó más problemas crónicos de salud. Variables: edad, sexo, problemas crónicos (código ICPC-2), fecha inicio y fin, medicación crónica (grupo ATC), fecha inicio y fin, territorio, ruralidad, cuadrienio Período: 2005-16. Análisis de redes: No direccionales excepto bipartidas/multicapa. Se obtendrán parámetros de redes, atributos de nodos y patrones de motivos de conectividad con los programas libres R, Cytoscape y Gephi.
