Obiectivul general al proiectului este creşterea gradului de acoperire cu servicii sociale in comuna Giroc, jud. Timis prin construirea unui centru social fără componentă rezidenţială destinat persoanelor vârstnice (persoane de peste 65 ani). Astfel obiectivul proiectului constă în promovarea şi furnizarea de servicii sociale prin construirea unui centru de zi pentru persoane varstnice precum si prin crearea unei structuri inovatoare de asistenţă la domiciliu care va asigura servicii sociale de calitate – hrană caldă, servicii de consiliere şi companie, asistenţă medicală unui număr de 22 persoane vârstnice aflate în nevoie, aflata in imposibilitatea de a se deplasa, din comuna Giroc. The general objective of the project is to increase the coverage with social services in Giroc commune, jud. Timis by building a social center with no residential component for the elderly (over 65 years old). Thus, the objective of the project is to promote and provide social services by building a day care center for elderly people as well as by creating an innovative home care structure that will provide quality social services – hot food, counselling services and company, medical assistance to 22 elderly people in need, unable to move, from Giroc commune.
