The subject of the project is the intensification and modernisation of WWTP in the agglomeration Hriňová, which consists of the town of Hriňová, typical of its specific scattered settlement, so called Hriňovské Lazmi. The connection of the population to the built-up drain network in the central part of the city is 53.69 %, but the extension of the sewer network to lazy is currently and for the future uneconomic, therefore it is not the subject of the project. Currently, sewage sewage from the central part of the town of Hriňová and part of sewage from the dairies Hriňová are supplied to the WWTP. The existing WWTP has an unsatisfactory cleaning system with insufficient aeration of the technological process, coupled with insufficient activation volume. At present, the Hriňová waste water treatment plant is overloaded in terms of injected pollution, which does not allow all waste water produced by the population in the agglomeration to be treated. Sewage from 42 % of the population living in settlements is collected in cesspools, but due to the insufficient capacity of the current WWTP, which does not provide this possibility to the population, they must be exported to WWTP outside the agglomeration, in particular Detva and Zvolen. Hriňová WWTP is loaded with waste water produced in the agglomeration only to the extent that it is able to purify these in the required parameters. Due to the inadequate capacity and quality of the cleaning technology, the WWTP is not able to treat the waste water in its entirety. For these reasons, it is therefore necessary to intensify and modernise the existing Hriňová WWTP in order to ensure the treatment of urban waste water from both the central part of the city of Hriňová and other residents who are not connected to the sewerage network due to failure to meet economic criteria, but the waste water produced by them from the cesspools will be considered at the WWTP.In order to resolve the issue of waste water treatment for all inhabitants of the agglomeration and to ensure the required quality of waste treatment. it is designed to modernise and intensify to mechanically-biological, with nitrification and separate denitrification, with complete aerobic stabilisation of sludge in the cleaning process. The reconstruction is designed so that existing WWTP objects are used as far as possible. The implementation of the project will lead to the possibility of improving the treatment of urban waste water for the inhabitants of the whole agglomeration, a measurable indicator Increased population with improved urban waste treatment. Predmetom projektu je intenzifikácia a modernizácia ČOV v aglomerácii Hriňová, ktorú tvorí mesto Hriňová, typické svojim špecifickým roztrateným osídlením, tzv. Hriňovskými lazmi. Napojenosť obyvateľstva na vybudovanú stokovú sieť v centrálnej časti mesta je 53,69 %, rozšírenie kanalizácie siete na lazy je však v súčasnosti i pre budúcnosť neekonomické, preto nie je predmetom projektu. V súčasnosti sú na ČOV privádzané splaškové odpadové vody kanalizáciou z centrálnej časti mesta Hriňová a časť splaškových vôd z mliekarne Hriňová. Existujúca ČOV má nevyhovujúci systém čistenia s nedostatočným prevzdušňovaním technologického procesu, v spojení s nedostatočným objemom aktivácie. V súčasnosti je čistiareň odpadových vôd Hriňová z hľadiska privádzaného znečistenia preťažovaná, čo neumožňuje zabezpečenie čistenia všetkých odpadových vôd produkovaných obyvateľstvom v aglomerácii. Splaškové vody od 42 % obyvateľov žijúcich v osadách sú zachytávané v žumpách, vzhľadom na nepostačujúcu kapacitu súčasnej ČOV, ktorá túto možnosť obyvateľstvu neposkytuje, však musia byť vyvážané do ČOV mimo aglomerácie, najmä Detva a Zvolen. ČOV Hriňová je zaťažovaná odpadovými vodami produkovanými v aglomerácii len do takej miery, aby bola schopná tieto čistiť v požadovaných parametroch. Z dôvodu nevyhovujúcej kapacity a kvality technológie čistenia, ČOV nie je schopná čistiť odpadové vody v plnom rozsahu. Z uvedených dôvodov je preto nutné intenzifikovať a modernizovať existujúcu ČOV Hriňová tak, aby bolo zabezpečené čistenie komunálnych odpadových vôd ako z centrálnej časti mesta Hriňová, tak aj od ostatných obyvateľov, ktorí nie sú pripojení na kanalizačnú sieť z dôvodu nesplnenia ekonomických kritérií, ale nimi produkované odpadové vody zo žúmp budú zvážané na ČOV.Aby bola vyriešená problematika čistenia odpadových vôd pre všetkých obyvateľov aglomerácie a zabezpečená požadovaná kvalita čistenia odpad. vôd, je navrhnutá jej modernizácia a intenzifikácia na mechanicko – biologickú, s nitrifikáciou a samostatnou denitrifikáciou, s úplnou aeróbnou stabilizáciou kalu v čistiacom procese. Rekonštrukcia je navrhnutá tak, aby v max. možnej miere boli využité existujúce objekty ČOV. Realizáciou projektu dôjde k možnosti zlepšenia čistenia komunálnych odpadových vôd pre obyvateľov celej aglomerácie, merateľný ukazovateľ Zvýšený počet obyvateľov so zlepšeným čistením komunálnych odpad. vôd je 7 413 EO, v súlade s prílohou č. 14.
