| Property / summary: Ciežom Národného projektu Praxou k zamestnaniu 2 je podpori získanie alebo zvýenie a prehĺbenie odborných zručností, vedomostí a praktických skúseností mladých žudí do 29 rokov veku, ktoré zodpovedajú ich dosiahnutému stupňu vzdelania formou mentorovaného zapracovania a praxe u zamestnávateža, ktorý vytvorí pracovné miesto za účelom ich umiestnenia a udrania sa na trhu práce. Splnenie stanoveného cieža sa zabezpečí poskytovaním fin.príspevkov na mentorované zapracovanie a prax u zamestnávateža, ktorý na tento účel vytvorí pracovné miesto na dobu minimálne 6 mesiacov, resp. na neurčitý čas a uzatvorí s UoZ pracovný pomer v rozsahu ustanoveného týdenného pracovného času alebo v rozsahu polovice ustanoveného týdenného pracovného času, pričom finančné príspevky sa poskytujú mesačne najviac počas 9 mesiacov. Projekt sa vykonáva prostredníctvom hlavnej aktivity Podpora praxe ako súčasti pracovného pomeru mladého nezamestnaného NEET pri vyuití mentoringu. Ciežovou skupinou projektu sú NEET do 29 rokov. Projekt bude realizova Ústredie práce, sociálnych vecí a rodiny a 43 úradov práce, sociálnych vecí a rodiny v rámci Slovenskej republiky mimo Bratislavského samosprávneho kraja. | Property / summary: The aim of the National Workplace 2 project is to support the acquisition or enhancement of the professional skills, knowledge and practical experience of young people under 29 years of age, which correspond to their educational attainment in the form of mentored incorporation and employment experience, which will create a job for the purpose of placing them and standing on the labour market. Compliance with the stated objective shall be ensured by the provision of fin.contributions for mentored incorporation and employment experience, who creates a job for this purpose for a period of at least 6 months, respectively for an indefinite period, and enters into employment with the UoZ within the limits of the weekly working time or half of the weekly working time provided for, with financial contributions being granted monthly for a maximum period of 9 months. The project is implemented through the main activity “Promoting practice as part of the employment relationship of a young unemployed NEET” for mentoring. The goal group of the project is NEETs under 29 years. The project will be implemented by the Central Office of Labour, Social Affairs and Family and 43 offices of labour, social affairs and family within the Slovak Republic outside the Bratislava Self-Governing Region.
