Projekt je situovaný v meste Lipany, ktoré sa nachádza v Preovskom samosprávnom kraji, v okrese Sabinov. V meste ije pomerne vysoký počet obyvatežov v sociálne vylúčenom spoločenstve (r. 2013: Atlas rómskych komunít - 11,1%) sústredenom na jednom mieste, v lokalite Za traou. V tejto lokalite ije rómska komunita, ktorá sa výrazne odliuje od majoritného obyvatežstva mesta spôsobom ivota, ale aj úrovňou vzdelania a zamestnania. V rámci tejto skupiny obyvatežov mesta Lipany je zvýené riziko konfliktných situácii a nelegálnej činnosti. Preto tejto skupine občanov mesto venuje aj viac pozornosti a sú ciežovou skupinou daného projektu. Ciele projektu:Rieenie bezpečnosti priamo v lokalite Za traou, ale aj priamo v meste. pecifické ciele: Integrácia ciežovej skupiny obyvatežstva na trh práce v rámci mesta.Zlepenie sociálnej situácie jednotlivcov, rodín so zameraním na zvýenie aktivít a na preberanie zodpovednosti z rieenie svojej situácie.Obmedzenie a odstránenie negatívnych vplyvov ohrozujúcich psychický, fyzický a sociálny vývin dieaa alebo plnoletej fyzickej osoby v ich prirodzenom prostredí. There is a relatively high number of inhabitants in the socially excluded community (2013: Atlas of Roma communities – 11.1 %) concentrated in one place, in the Za traou locality. There is a Roma community in this locality, which differs significantly from the majority population of the city in a way of life, but also the level of education and employment. Within this group of inhabitants of the city of Lipany, the risk of conflict situations and illegal activities is increased. Therefore, the city also pays more attention to this group of citizens and is the target group of the project. Objectives projektu:Rieenie safety directly in the Za traou locality, but also directly in the city. Specific objectives: Integration of the target group of the population into the labour market within the city.Improving the social situation of individuals, families with a focus on increasing activities and taking responsibility from solving their situation.Reducing and eliminating negative effects threatening the psychological, physical and social development of the child or adult natural person in their natural environment. Project activities: Support for the comprehensive provision of local civil order services in Lipany, support for systematic provision of social and assistance services in the city of Lipany aimed at increasing the employment of people living in the MRC environment.
