    Žiadatežom je spoločnos Drevodomy Spiš, s.r.o., ktorá vytvorí 10 nových pracovných pozícií pre UoZ.Spoločnos Drevodomy Spiš, s. r. o. so sídlom  v Košickom samosprávnom kraji, okrese Spišská Nová Ves, meste Spišská Nová Ves vytvorí 10 nových pracovných pozícií z ciežovej skupiny a to pre 4 uchádzačov o zamestnanie (ďalej len UoZ) a 6 znevýhodnených uchádzačov o zamestnanie (ďalej len ZUoZ) tak, aby boli zabezpečené všetky potreby spoločnosti Drevodomy Spiš, s. r. o. s ciežom zvýši konkurencieschopnos na trhu a získanie nie len nových odberatežov služieb, ale hlavne kvalitnej pracovnej sily, s ciežom podpori zamestnanos a zamestnatežnos UoZ a zlepši ich postavenie na trhu práce za podpory mentorskej a tútorskej činnosti. Hlavná aktivita projektu:Podpora uplatnenia UoZ a ZUoZ na trhu práce vykonaná v dvoch častiach:A) Vyhžadávanie a výber UoZ a ZUoZB) Zamestnávanie UoZ a ZUoZ s možnosou využitia mentorskej a tútorskej činnosti Dĺžka realizácie projektu: 19 mesiacovŽiadatež v máji 2019 vykoná vyhžadávanie a výber UoZ a ZUoZ na plánované pracovné pozície. V priebehu 10, 12 resp. 18 kalendárnych mesiacov a to od júna 2019 bude zamestnáva UoZ a ZUoZ na pracovných pozíciách s ciežom zvýši zamestnanos, zamestnatežnos a zníži nezamestnanos s osobitným dôrazom na dlhodobo nezamestnaných, nízko kvalifikovaných, starších a zdravotne postihnuté osoby. Žiadatež bude vybraných UoZ a ZUoZ na pracovných pozíciách zamestnáva v rámci realizovaného projektu nasledovne:- Ekonóm / Ekonómka - 6/2019 - 5/2020 (12 mesiacov), ZUoZ osoba staršia ako 50 rokov veku,- Obchodný zástupca / Obchodná zástupkyňa - 6/2019 - 11/2020 (18 mesiacov), ZUoZ osoba staršia ako 50 rokov veku,- Rozpočtár / Rozpočtárka - 6/2019 - 5/2020 (12 mesiacov), ZUoZ osoba staršia ako 50 rokov veku,- 3 x Tesár / Tesárka - 6/2019 - 11/2020 (18 mesiacov), 2 x ZUoZ osoba staršia ako 50 rokov veku a 1 x dlhodobo nezamestnaný ZUoZ vedený v evidencii uchádzačov o zamestnanie viac ako 12 kalendárnych mesiacov,- 2 x Tesár / Tesárka - 6/2019 - 3/2020 (10 mesiacov), 2 x UoZ- 2 x Stolár / Stolárka - 6/2019 - 5/2020 (12 mesiacov), 2 x UoZ      Teda ak vyhžadávanie a výber UoZ a ZUoZ bude trva 1 mesiac (máj 2019) a následne zamestnávanie vybraných ZUoZ od 6/2019 do 11/2020, dĺžka realizácie projektu bude (1mes vyhž a výber UoZ a ZUoZ + 18 mesiacov zamestnávanie ZUoZ) 19 mesiacov. Všetkých vyhžadaných a vybraných UoZ a ZUoZ plánuje žiadatež zamestnáva podža určitej asymetrickej krivky,aj keď je možnos u ZUoZ resp. UoZ uplatni si preplatenie mzdy na maximálne ZUoZ - 18 kalendárnych mesiacov a UoZ na 12 kalendárnych mesiacov. Dôvodom neuplatňovania si maximálneho možného časového rozhrania na preplácanie miezd u niektorých UoZ a ZUoZ je to, že žiadatež chcel rozšíri projekt o viac pracovných pozícií v rámci predkladaného projektu a tým podpori zamestnanos a uplatnitežnos viacerých UoZ a ZUoZ na trhu práce s ciežom zotrvania v spoločnosti žiadateža aj po zrealizovaní predkladanej ŽoNFP, pričom musel bra do úvahy maximálne možné čerpanie projektu de minimis 200tisíc Eur. Ciežová skupina: UoZ a ZUoZ      Spoločnos Drevodomy Spiš, s.r.o vytvorí 10 nových pracovných pozícií z toho 6 pre ZUoZ v nasledovnom členení:1. ZUoZ osoby staršie ako 50 rokov ...................... 5 pracovné pozície2.
