The aim of the national project is to improve the labour market status of unemployed young people – NEETs up to 29 years – to increase their employability by encouraging increased activity to tackle their unemployment. The national project through the provision of an incentive allowance for MUOZ during the first 12 months after taking up employment to help them adapt better and stabilise the labour market. The allowance will be provided to active MUOZs, who will find a job and will be removed from the UoZ’s register, with proof of entry into employment and remaining in employment. The financial contribution will be provided on a monthly basis, after verifying the duration of the employment relationship of the employee (formerly UoZ) in the employment services information system, for a period of at least 1 and no more than 12 months, at EUR 126.14 per month for the first 6 months, and then EUR 63.07 per month for the next 6 months. The project will be implemented by the Headquarters of the PSVR (Headquarters) and 43 offices within less developed regions, Western, Central and Eastern Slovakia. Ciežom národného projektu je zlepenie postavenia nezamestnaných mladých žudí - NEET do 29 rokov (ďalej len MUoZ) na trhu práce, zvýenie ich zamestnatežnosti prostredníctvom motivácie k zvýenej aktivite pri rieení ich nezamestnanosti. Súčasne sa tým podporí aj rozvoj miestnej a regionálnej zamestnanosti v menej rozvinutých regiónoch (ďalej len MRR) v SR. Národný projekt prostredníctvom poskytovania motivačného príspevku pre MUoZ počas prvých 12 mesiacov po nástupe do zamestnania napomôe k ich lepej adaptácii a stabilizácii na trhu práce. Príspevok bude poskytovaný aktívnym MUoZ, ktorí si nájdu zamestnanie a budú vyradení z evidencie UoZ, pričom nástup do zamestnania a zotrvanie v zamestnaní musia preukáza. Finančný príspevok sa bude poskytova mesačne, po overení trvania pracovného pomeru zamestnanca (predtým UoZ) v informačnom systéme sluieb zamestnanosti, počas obdobia minimálne 1 a maximálne 12 mesiacov, vo výke 126,14 EUR mesačne počas prvých 6 mesiacov, a následne 63,07 EUR mesačne počas ďalích 6 mesiacov. Projekt bude realizova Ústredie PSVR (ďalej Ústredie) a 43 úradov v rámci menej rozvinutých regiónov, západného, stredného a východného Slovenska. Ciežovou skupinou pre projekt sú MUoZ (NEET) vo veku do 29 rokov (29 rokov mínus jeden deň).MUoZ NEET vo veku do 29 rokov (t.j. 29 rokov mínus jeden deň) sa stáva oprávneným iadatežom ako zamestnanec, ktorý bol predtým MUoZ, vedeným v evidencii UoZ úradu v SR mimo BSK, bezprostredne pred vznikom pracovného pomeru minimálne 1 mesiac a bol vyradený z evidencie UoZ z dôvodu vzniku pracovného pomeru alebo obdobného pracovného vzahu na základe § 36 ods. 1 písm. a) zákona o slubách zamestnanosti.
