The city of Preov has ambitions to actively contribute to increasing the share of cycling in the overall destruction of transport work in the functional territory of the city and to reducing total air pollution by transport. Therefore, it implements and prepares a number of projects aimed at building and siding cycling infrastructure, including additional cycling infrastructure, in an effort to prioritise the city centre of Preov from the significantly increasing automobilisation and encourage cycling to a full-fledged way of transport in the framework of the breathtaking mobility of Preov and surrounding municipalities falling within the urban functional area of Preov and to build a readily accessible and cost-effective network of urban transport. The city prefers to build so-called segregated cycling roads, while covered parking facilities are located in such a way that they are accessible and accessible directly from cycling roads.  The main aim of the project is to support a permanent transport system that guarantees mobility and access to the main obligations for all categories of citizens through the systematic and breathtaking development of non-motorised transport, including additional cycling infrastructure. The aim of the project is to increase the attractiveness and transport capacity of cycling transport in the city of Preov. The project has one main activity for the construction of the Supplementary Cycling Infrastructure to build 8 pcs of covered bicycle car parks. The implementation of this project will contribute to increasing the attractiveness and transport capacity of cycling transport in Preov by building parking facilities (cycling sprays), which will significantly improve the quality of the provided public service. All the objectives and objectives of the project were established on the basis of a thorough analysis of the facts in the field, the identification of needs and problems and on the basis of strategic and development documents, after thorough project preparation. The objective of the project is measured by a specified indicator that is realistically achieved. The costs of implementing the main activity of the project are determined on the basis of the project documentation and awarded by the person authorised and authorised, in accordance with the list of eligible expenses, percentages and thresholds. The operation of the results of the project will be the city of Preov, as owner of the facilities, or the organisation established by the city of Preov, which will be entrusted to the management of the facilities after its implementation. The Municipality of Preov is unable to finance the proposed project from its own resources and therefore the grant is necessary for the implementation of the project. Failure to obtain a grant will result in the project being abandoned or not implemented at all. The actual implementation of the project is costly and the project does not generate sufficient cash flow to cover the investment without NFA. (English)

    Miesto realizácie: Projekt sa realizuje na území mesta Prešov, ktoré je krajským mestom Prešovského samosprávneho kraja. Mesto Prešov má ambície aktívne prispieva k zvyšovaniu podielu cyklistickej dopravy na celkovej dežbe dopravnej práce na funkčnom území mesta a k zníženiu celkového znečistenia ovzdušia dopravou. Preto realizuje a pripravuje viaceré projekty, zamerané na budovanie a sieovanie cyklistickej infraštruktúry, vrátane doplnkovej cyklistickej infraštruktúry v snahe prioritne odžahči centrum mesta Prešov od výrazne narastajúcej automobilizácie a povýši cyklistickú dopravu na plnohodnotný spôsob prepravy v rámci udržatežnej mobility v meste Prešov a okolitých obciach spadajúcich do mestskej funkčnej oblasti mesta Prešov a vybudova žahko dostupnú a cenovo výhodnú sie mestskej dopravy. Mesto preferuje budovanie tzv. segregovaných cyklistických komunikácií, pričom kryté parkovacie zariadenia sú umiestňované tak, aby boli dostupné a prístupné priamo z cyklistických komunikácií.  Hlavným zámerom projektu je podpora trvalo udržatežného systému dopravy, ktorý zaručuje mobilitu a prístup k hlavným službám pre všetky kategórie občanov prostredníctvom systematického a udržatežného rozvoja nemotorovej dopravy, vrátane doplnkovej cyklistickej infraštruktúry. Ciežom projektu je zvýšenie atraktivity a prepravnej kapacity cyklistickej dopravy v meste Prešov. Projekt má jednu hlavnú aktivitu pre vybudovanie Doplnkovej cyklistickej infraštruktúry – vybudovanie 8 ks krytých parkovísk pre bicykle. Realizácia predkladaného projektu prispeje k zvýšeniu atraktivity a prepravnej kapacity cyklistickej dopravy v meste Prešov vybudovaním parkovacích zariadení (cykloprístreškov), čím sa výrazne zvýši kvalita poskytovane verejnej služby. Všetky zámery a ciele projektu boli stanovené na základe dôkladnej analýzy skutkového stavu v danej oblasti, identifikovania potrieb a problémov a na základe strategických a rozvojových dokumentov, po dôkladnej projektovej príprave. Ciež projektu je  meratežný stanoveným ukazovatežom, ktorý je  reálne dosiahnutežný. Náklady na realizáciu hlavnej aktivity projektu sú stanovené na základe projektovej dokumentácie a ocenené osobou na to oprávnenou a autorizovanou, v súlade so zoznamom oprávnených výdavkov, percentuálnych a finančných limitov. Prevádzkovatežom výsledkov projektu bude po jeho realizáícii mesto Prešov, ako vlastník zariadení, resp. organizácia zriadená mestom Prešov, ktorej budú zariadenia zverené do správy. Mesto Prešov nie je schopné predkladaný projekt financova z vlastných zdrojov a preto je NFP pre realizáciu projektu nevyhnutný. Nezískanie NFP bude ma za následok odloženie realizácie projektu, alebo jeho nerealizovanie vôbec. Samotná realizácia projektu je finančne náročná a projekt nevytvára dostatočný cash flow na pokrytie investície bez NFP. (Slovak)
