Meat Zemplín, a.s. focuses on the slaughter of animals and the production of meat and meat products (SK NACE 10.11 Processing and preserving of meat). Its activities are performed in Michalovce Uhorodská Street No. 86. It is also the place of implementation of the project. The company Mäso Zemplín, a.s. is currently engaged in conventional production of meat and meat products on the existing technology, where the starting material is meat from conventional farms with the application of classical recipes, in which synthetic and chemical additives and preservatives are used to varying degrees. Based on the communication with the market, the company devotes considerable efforts to innovation of products in order to meet the highest possible range of customers. Due to the development trends in the food market, the requirement for biofood is growing, for which the company wants to respond to the submitted project. In cooperation with the Faculty of Chemical and Food Technology STU in Bratislava, it plans to develop new recipes and produce new meat bio products, which will have substantially changed quality characteristics, based on the fact that they will be produced from domestic bio raw materials and without additives of synthetic substances. The company Mäso Zemplín, a.s. wants to focus on the production of organic food: Bio patéty and meat bio products uncooked and suené.When organic food from organic meat must be produced on a separate line on which meat is not processed in a conventional way, the main activity of the project is focused on the acquisition of long-term material assets. The subject of the request for NFP is the innovation of products in the production area focused on the production of unique meat bio products. The results of the project are expressed in measurement indicators: Number of products that are new to the company, with a target value of 3 products and Number of products that are new to the market, with a target value of 3 products. Mäso ZEMPLÍN, a.s. sa zameriava na poráku jatočných zvierat a výrobu mäsa a mäsových výrobkov (SK NACE 10.11 Spracovanie a konzervovanie mäsa). Svoju činnos vykonáva v Michalovciach Uhorodskej ulici č. 86. Zároveň je to miesto realizácie projektu.Spoločnos Mäso ZEMPLÍN, a.s. v súčasnosti sa zaoberá konvenčnou produkciou mäsa a mäsových výrobkov na existujúcej technológií, kde vstupnou surovinou je mäso z konvenčných chovov s vyuitím klasických receptúr, v ktorých sa vyuívajú v rôznej miere syntetické a chemické prídavné a konzervačné látky.Na základe komunikácie s trhom, spoločnos venuje značné úsilie inovácií produktov s ciežom vyhovie čo najiriemu okruhu zákazníkov.Vzhžadom na vývojové trendy na trhu s potravinami rastie poiadavka po biopotravinách, na čo chce spoločnos reagova predloeným projektom. V spolupráci s Fakultou chemickej a potravinárskej technológie STU v Bratislave plánuje vyvinú nové receptúry a vyrába nové mäsové bio výrobky, ktoré budú ma podstatne zmenené kvalitatívne vlastnosti, zaloené na tom, e budú vyrábané z domácich bio surovín a bez prídavných syntetických látok. Spoločnos Mäso ZEMPLÍN, a.s. sa chce zamera na výrobu biopotravín: BIO patéty a mäsové BIO výrobky tepelne neopracované a suené.Keďe biopotraviny z bio mäsa sa musia vyrába na osobitnej linke, na ktorej sa nespracúva mäso konvenčným spôsobom, hlavná aktivita projektu je zameraná na obstaranie dlhodobého hmotného majetku.Premetom iadosti o NFP je inovácia produktov v oblasti produkcie zameranej na výrobu unikátnych mäsových bio výrobkov. Výsledky projektu sú vyjadrené v meratežných ukazovatežoch: Počet produktov, ktoré sú pre firmu nové, s ciežovou hodnotou 3 produkty a Počet produktov, ktoré sú pre trh nové, s ciežovou hodnotou 3 produkty. Je moné očakáva, e predkladaný produkt bude na trhu úspený, keďe čim ďalej tým viacej konzumenti uprednostňujú kvalitné a bezpečné potraviny. (Slovak)
