More P1 has experience in managing POSDRU projects, is authorised as a provider of counseling and mediation services on the labour market. P2 has a vast experience in providing integrated services for vulnerable groups, including children and adolescents at risk in an integrated medical-socio-educational system with a focus on personalised support for improving the quality of life and obtaining an adapted functioning in society. Thus, the proposed asset A3,A4,A5 ob general is consistent with the objective of Priority Axis 6 “Education and Skills”, Investment Priority 10i. “Reducing and preventing early school leaving and promoting equal access to quality pre-primary, primary and secondary education, including formal, non-formal and informal learning pathways for reintegration into education and training”. The project follows a flexible school, which adapts, learns (itself) and changes. Through the implementation of the project will be generated the following benefits at GT level: — at the level of preschoolers: they will benefit from extracurricular activities for 29 months. at pupil level: they will benefit from extracurricular activities for 37 months, development of team and leadership skills, development of tolerance and acceptance of others, social responsibility, use of knowledge on IT for constructive purposes (preparation. PPT, drafting in word), development of life skills (Life skils), improvement of school results and preparation for national assessments. at parent level: empowering the families of children from the program to ensure a socio-educational climate conducive (English)

    Obiectivul general al proiectul cu titlul”TIPS-TIne Pasul cu Scoala!” il reprezinta: prevenirea abandonului scolar si cresterea calitatii serviciilor educationale inclusive prin facilitatea accesului la servicii educationale inclusive si consiliere a 300 elevi, 94 prescolari, cu accent pe cei de etnie roma din mediul rural din Scoala Gimnaziala “Gheorghe Fratila” din Glimboca, Scoala Gimnaziala Cenei, Liceul Teoretic Vlad Tepes si Scoala Gimnaziala Cheveresu Mare si dezvoltarea de competente pentru 120 cadre didactice. Incluziunea si integrarea in societate a elevilor si prescolarilor din grupurile vulnerabile, cu accent pe copiii/elevii apartinand minoritatii roma, copii/elevi din mediul rural, copii/elevi din comunitatile dezavantajate socio-economic se va face prin: *A3.5- programe de crestere a rezultatelor la invatutura de tipul scoala dupa scoala/activ. remediale;*A3.6.-ateliere tematice, care implica actori din comunitate (persoane in varsta, actori din administratia locala, voluntari);*A3.2- Gradinita Prietenoasa pentru prescolari;*A3.3.-activ.de consiliere educationala pentru 300 elevii din GT;*A4.2. sprijinirea elevilor, prescolarilor, parintilor din GT prin accesul lor la 4 cabinete psiho-sociale. Mai mult P1 are experienta in gestionarea de proiecte POSDRU, este autorizat ca si furnior de servicii de consiliere si mediere pe piata muncii. P2 are o experienta vasta in oferirea de servicii integrate destinate grupurilor vulnerabile, incluzand copii si adolescentii cu comportamente cu risc in cadrul unui sistem integrat medico-socio-educational cu accent pe sprijinul personalizat pentru imbunatatirea calitații vietii si obtinerea unei functionari adaptate in societate. Astfel prin activ. propuse A3,A4,A5 ob general vine in concordanta cu obiectivul Axei Prioritare 6 ”Educație și competențe”, Prioritatea de investiții 10i. ”Reducerea și prevenirea abandonului școlar timpuriu și promovarea accesului egal la învățământul preșcolar, primar și secundar de calitate, inclusiv la parcursuri de învățare formale, non formale și informale pentru reintegrarea în educație și formare”. Prin proiect se urmareste o şcoală flexibilă, care se adaptează, învaţă (ea însăşi) şi se schimba. Prin implementarea proiectului vor fi generate urm. beneficii la nivelul GT: - la nivelul prescolarilor: acestia vor beneficia de activitati extrascolare pe timp de 29 luni. - la nivelul elevilor: acestia vor beneficia de activitati extrascolare pe timp de 37 luni, dezvoltarea competentelor de lucru in echipa si leadership, dezvoltarea simtului de toleranta si acceptarea celor din jur, responsabilitate sociala, utilizarea cunostintelor pe IT in scop constructiv (elaborare prez. Ppt, redactare in word), dezvoltarea competentelor de viata (Life Skils), imbunatatirea rezultatelor scolare si pregatirea pentru evaluarile nationale. - la nivelul parintilor: responsabilizarea familiilor copiilor din program pentru asigurarea unui climat socio-educaţional propice dezv (Romanian)
