One of the fundamental problems of education in the labour market is the failure to apply vocational education to the needs of the labour market. The project will contribute to solving this problem in Świnoujście. The objective will be to acquire practical skills and professional qualifications which increase the chances of employment in the local market for 60 (35 K/25M) of the students of the Technical College of Occupations No 1, in the fields of hotel techniques and food and catering services from the Centre for Vocational Education and Tourism in Świnoujście. The objective will be to cooperate with the social environment, including the regional entrepreneurs in the 01.08.2016-31.07.2018 period, at the same time with the additional professional competences of 6 (6K) of the profession. The implementation of the project will be carried out in the Partnership: T-PROJT-Krzystof Derbiszewki-Licder and CEZT in Swinoujscie — secondary school. The experience of the Library will be used to carry out a project in transnational cooperation with a German partner based on the hotel and the exercise as an attractive form of practical skill. The project involves carrying out practical activities in a practice at a practice created on the basis of one of the professional staff. Activities will be carried out by teachers and trainers from hotels and restaurants in the region (cooks, waiters, barman). As part of these activities, also the acquisition of the soft competences necessary for the future of work and additional skills that enable better start on the labour market. Each of the PAs will conclude their participation in the 150th professional traineeship project. With this planned action, the 60-UP will gain the skills and qualifications and experience of the profession in improving its labour market situation, the competences of 6 teachers of the profession and the additional equipment will create conditions that reflect the normal working conditions properly for the kener qualification.     Jednym z podstawowych problemów w zakresie edukacji w woj. zach-pom jest niedostosowanie szkolnictwa zawodowego do potrzeb rynku pracy. Projekt będzie przyczyniał się do rozwiązania tego problemu w Świnoujściu. Celem gł. będzie nabycie praktycznych umiejętności oraz kwalifikacji zawodowych zwiększających szansę na zatrudnienie na lokalnym rynku przez 60(35 K/25M) uczniów Technikum Zawod. nr 1 o kierunkach technik hotelarstwa oraz technik żywienia i usług gastronomicznych z Centrum Edukacji Zawodowej i Turystyki w Świnoujściu. Cel realizowany będzie we współpracy szkoły z otoczeniem społ-gospod. w tym z przedsiębiorcami regionu w okresie 01.08.2016-31.07.2018.W tym samym czasie dodatkowe kompetencje związane z wykonywanym zawodem zdobędzie 6 (6K) nauczycieli zawodu. Projekt realiz. będzie w Partnerstwie: TOP-PROJEKT-Krzysztof Derbiszewki-Lider i CEZiT w Świnoujściu - szkoła ponadgim. Wykorzystane zostanie doświadczenie Lidera w realizacji projektu we współpracy ponadnarodowej z partnerem z Niemiec bazującym na hotelu i restauracji do ćwiczeń jako atrakcyjnej formie zdobywania umiejętności praktycznych. Projekt zakłada realizację zajęć praktycznych w restauracji ćwiczeniowej utworzonej na bazie jednej z pracowni zawodowych. Zajęcia prowadzone będą przez nauczycieli zawodu oraz trenerów praktyków z hoteli i restauracji regionu(kucharzy, kelnerów, barmanów ). W ramach tych zajęć także nabywanie pracowniczych kompetencji miękkich niezbędnych w przyszłej pracy oraz dodatkowych kwalifikacji zawod. umożliwiających lepszy start na rynku pracy. Każdy z UP zakończy udział w projekcie 150h stażem zawodowym. Dzięki tak zaplanowanym działaniom 60UP zdobędzie kompetencje i kwalifikacje oraz doświadczenie w zawodzie poprawiając swoją sytuację na rynku pracy, kompetencje zdobędzie także 6 nauczycieli zawodu a w szkole dzięki dodatkowemu wyposażeniu pracowni stworzone zostaną warunki odzwierciedlające naturalne warunki pracy właściwie dla kwalifikacji kelner.
